Loren’s 1980 Yamaha XS400 is getting close. This week’s Saturday Build-Off was more like a Saturday Drink-Off, as only three of us showed up (me 4 hours late) and the electrical situation had the boys stumped. No turn signals and a failing brake light. It IS starting to come together… which is more than I can say for my schedule and the progress on the 1971 Honda CB350 cafe racer project. The XS400 looks like this:

Great bike! My first was an 82 XS400. i loved that bike and regret selling it to this day. The build looks nice.
